Biography: Scott Rakowski grew up and still lives in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. At 3 years old he started spending his summers in the Rocky Mountains learning to fish from his father who was also a guide. Aside from fishing all over North America he is dedicated to preserving the environment from the land to the waters. Scott guides fly fisherman on some of the state’s best blue ribbon trout streams as well as for steelhead in the Great Lake’s tributaries. When not fishing he’s Upland Hunting and guiding with his German Shorthaired Pointers, Midge and Black Marlin. Scott supports Rosco, Donnmar, and Sampo products because they have never failed him or his clients in the field and that’s what matters!
